2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using resenIA, the user accepts these terms, the privacy policy and the cookies policy. If the user does not agree, they must not use the service.
3. Service scope
resenIA allows users to generate, edit, save and manage AI-assisted response drafts for customer communications, reviews or messages. The service is offered with included access, usage limits and no paid plan contracting.
4. Accounts and security
Users must provide truthful information, safeguard their credentials and report unauthorized use. The owner may apply email verification, usage limits, account suspension and other reasonable measures to protect the service and prevent abuse.
5. Included access and no payments
The service is offered without paid plan contracting. Core access remains usage-limited and may be supported through advertising or optional donations.
6. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, fraud, discriminatory content, impersonation, infringement of third-party rights, limit circumvention, mass account creation, reverse engineering, malware upload or abusive use of AI resources.
7. AI-generated content
Generated replies are automated drafts and may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable nuances. The user is responsible for reviewing, editing and validating any reply before sending or publishing it. resenIA does not replace legal, professional, medical, financial or other specialist advice.
8. User content
The user retains their rights over the content they enter, but grants the owner a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the service, generate replies, store activity, apply security and maintain the requested functionality.
9. Third-party services
Users must use resenIA according to the functionality visible in their account. Any connection with third-party services, if enabled in the future, will require sufficient user authorization and acceptance of the applicable third-party terms.
10. Availability and changes
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents, provider changes or technical limits. The owner may modify, suspend or remove features to maintain service security, stability and viability.
11. Suspension and account closure
The owner may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, create risk for the platform, attempt to circumvent limits or use credentials without authorization. Users may request or perform account closure through the available options.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, reputational damage, decisions taken based on AI-generated replies, temporary unavailability or failures by external providers. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals determined by applicable law.
14. Changes
The owner may update these terms to reflect technical, legal or product changes. Where changes are material, users will be informed through reasonable means. Continued use after the changes take effect implies acceptance where legally valid.
